Emotion Code
When you get emotionally or physically wounded or distressed, your body can trap the trauma, emotions and negative beliefs that were part of your experience. Releasing the burdens you are still carrying from the past supports healing and moving forward. Releasing trapped energies also increases balance in your mind, body and spirit and improves your relationship with yourself and others, so you can become your best self.
You are only conscious of 5% of the cognitive activity that occurs in your brain. This means most of your decisions, actions, emotions and behaviors come from your subconscious mind. Emotion Code involves using muscle testing (Applied Kinesiology) to communicate directly with your subconscious. By asking yes/no questions we can figure out when each energetic imbalance was trapped and the cause. Your subconscious knows what needs to be released in order for you to heal and thrive.
Symptoms of imbalance:
Trapped energies cause distortion, blockages and imbalance in the body. Symptoms are your body's way of telling you something is wrong or out of balance. Warning signals can show up as fatigue, pain, muscle tension, brain fog, anxiety, depression, addiction and feeling stuck.
In children, trapped emotions may be contributing to challenging behaviors, sleep problems, distractibility, frequent illness, persistent nervous habits, bedwetting, fears, school avoidance, anxiety and depression. Birth trauma can result in trapped emotions for children and their parents.
Everything is made of energy:
Our bodies are highly complex energy fields. According to traditional Eastern Medicine, the life force energy that circulates throughout the universe and within our bodies is called Qi or Prana. This vital energy flows along pathways called meridians that connect the major organ systems. The flow can become blocked by trauma, negative emotions, high stress, addiction and poor diet. When the right amount of energy is flowing, we are in a state of homeostasis, which improves our health and mental health.
According to Quantum Physics everything is made of energy, including our bodies and emotions. All emotions vibrate at different frequencies. Shame and fear are the lowest and love and gratitude are the highest. If you have trapped anger, shame or abandonment, you may be sending out the frequency of these emotions. Others can sense your emotional vibration without your awareness and this affects how they perceive you. When you send out the frequencies of love, joy and gratitude, you will attract people who also radiate these frequencies.

Emotional Freedom Techniques - Tapping
EFT - Tapping combines ancient Chinese acupressure with Energy Psychology. This technique involves tapping with your fingertips on acupoints, primarily on your face, in a particular sequence. While tapping, you focus on the concerns you wish to resolve.
Tapping is an evidence-based technique that is highly effective for:
Releasing disruptive emotional energies that can get trapped in your body after difficult experiences
Releasing unhelpful thoughts, calming your nervous system and reducing stress
Decreasing cravings and symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD
Releasing resistance to change and letting go of the past, so you can manifest your best life
Flash Technique
The Flash Technique is an evidenced-based therapeutic intervention for reducing the disturbance associated with distressing memories from at least 5 years ago. Flash Technique is a minimally intrusive option for healing from your past because it does not require consciously engaging with your memories. This interactive and gentle technique allows you to process memories without becoming overwhelmed by emotions or somatic sensations in your body.
Here’s what you can expect when using Flash Technique to support change and healing:
Safe Setup: We will identify a memory, that still holds emotional charge, that you would like to work on.
Silent Memory Recall: You will bring the memory or image to mind for just a moment, so you can give it an intensity rating. You will just hover over the memory without going into it. You will not be asked to describe the memory in any way.
Positive Engaging Focus: We will then talk about something you’re interested in or enjoy. This is called the Positive Engaging Focus (PEF).
Flash Sets: While focusing on the PEF, you will be tapping on your legs with your hands. I will guide you through quick attention shifts. When I say, “Flash”, you will blink your eyes 3-5 times. These movements will help your brain process the disturbing experience safely in the background while we talk.
Check-In & Repeat: We will check in briefly and lightly with the target memory and ask what changes you notice (often the memory seems more faded or distant). We will also measure changes in the intensity level and repeat the process as needed until the issue no longer holds any emotional charge.
