Yes. Energy healing is a supportive, non-invasive and gentle approach. Usually, people don’t
feel anything as trapped energies are released from their body. Some people may feel tired or
more emotionally sensitivity after a session, as they process the release of energetic imbalances,
like trapped emotions. Emotional energies can get trapped in your body when you experience an
emotion, but suppress it. This can also happen if you felt overwhelmed or you did not get the
support you needed during a difficult event.

At the start of the session, we will check-in briefly to see what issue you want to work on and if
you have noticed any changes or shifts since the last session. Then we will jump right into
doing Emotion Code, Body Code, EFT Tapping or Flash Technique. Reba
Psychotherapy will not be provided during sessions, so you will not complete a mental health
assessment or have a treatment plan. You will receive a secure email with the session results.

Trapped energies cause distortion, blockages, and imbalance in the body. Symptoms are your
body's way of telling you something is wrong or out of balance. Warning signals can show up as
fatigue, pain, muscle tension, brain fog, anxiety, depression, addiction, and feeling stuck.
In children, trapped emotions may be contributing to challenging behaviors, sleep problems,
distractibility, frequent illness, persistent nervous habits, bedwetting, fears, school avoidance,
anxiety and depression. Birth trauma can result in trapped emotions for children and their parents.

We are only conscious of 5% of the cognitive activity that occurs in our brains. This means most of our decisions, actions, emotions and behaviors come from our subconscious minds. The Emotion Code and Body Code protocols involve using muscle testing (Applied Kinesiology and various charts to communicate with the subconscious mind. By asking “yes/no” questions, the energetic imbalances that may be contributing to an issue, can be identified. The imbalance is then released, reset of realigned by setting a strong intention to do so an d passing a magnet along the governing meridian.

This depends on how many issues you want to work on and how deep you want to go. During Emotion Code and Body Code sessions, we will focus on 1-2 issues that you want to address and release up to 20 energetic imbalances. It usually takes a few sessions to release everything related to a single issue. The effects of energy healing may be felt immediately or they may be noticed over time as your energy shifts. Sometimes clients become tearful when they realize they are still being affected by a difficult past event. Your nervous system may get activated, especially if you’re releasing trapped trauma energies. During Emotion Code and Body Code Sessions, we will do some EFT Tapping if this happens until you feel calm again. A handout will be provided, so you can practice downregulating EFT Tapping again on your own.
